ProxyLink urgently needs a Senior Financial Analyst for a client in Brampton, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience with annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, essential for coordinating various planning cycles. This role involves providing strategic analyses and recommendations, performing variance analysis on bookings, revenues, and expenses, and adjusting outlook models to reflect operational changes. The Senior Financial Analyst will also help establish long-range operating plans, develop rolling forecast processes, and drive world-class strategic and financial planning methods. You will enhance monthly and quarterly reporting and manage data-driven planning processes. Compensation:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00/Yearly

Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly financial results reporting to business partners and identify required actions
Analyze internal and external performance drivers and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute plans
Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insights and decision support
Monitor weekly, quarterly, and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting
Assess performance to date and identify potential risks and opportunities
Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Compare actual performance to expectations and enable business partners to manage resources
Organize and review forecasting reports
Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as retention forecasts, campaign planning and tracking, ROI of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, and strategic resource allocation and prioritization

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA preferred
3+ years of experience in advanced financial analysis, planning, and budget controls
Proficiency in Budget Processes and Accounting Functions
Comprehensive knowledge of CapEx and expense reporting
Exceptional skills with financial reporting tools
Ability to simplify complex problems and develop effective solutions
Excellent presentation skills
