ProxyLink is seeking a Jr. Finance Business Partner to join our team and support the Finance Business Partner. This role involves providing crucial financial analysis for decision-making, coordinating annual budgets and quarterly estimates, ensuring precise month-end closings and global reporting, and working with managers on efficiency projects while offering financial insights for business plans. Compensation:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00/Yearly

Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze financial data, produce reports and statements for ISC functions (Production, Logistics, Procurement), and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of the month-end closing process, including preparing the latest estimates and budgets for ISC functions.
Enhance transparency and efficiency in reporting by simplifying and structuring finance processes within ISC.
Monitor and track savings initiatives and cost developments within ISC functions, ensuring transparency and follow-up.
Contribute to developing strategies for local ISC functions and assist in the annual budgeting process and estimate preparation.
Ensure thorough and structured development of business cases and investments.
Support group and local initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, conducting ad-hoc reporting, developing and validating scenarios, and performing other finance-related tasks to aid informed decision-making.
Conduct variance analysis accurately, identifying risks and opportunities.
Ensure proper use of ERP and other reporting and analysis systems within assigned areas.
Collaborate across functions and organizations, especially with the FP&A team and local/regional management.

Qualifications:
University/College degree in accounting required. A professional accounting designation (such as CPA) or active progress towards one is an asset.
Over 3 years of experience in an accounting role, with at least one year in a controlling role, primarily focused on supply chain functions (production, logistics, procurement).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
Hands-on experience with accounting databases and ERP systems (e.g., MS Business Central).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think in terms of cause and effect.
